● Quotations: Prices shown on the Website (if any) may be indicative. Final pricing is usually provided via a formal Proforma Invoice or Quotation based on current market rates of raw lac, the quantity required, and shipping destination.
● Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. SK Shellac reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason, including stock availability or errors in pricing.
● Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified on our Proforma Invoice. We generally accept bank transfers (T/T) or Letters of Credit (L/C) for international orders, subject to prior agreement. Orders are typically processed for shipment only after payment terms are met.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship our shellac products globally from Purulia, West Bengal.
● Shipping Terms: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, shipments are generally based on standard Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, or Ex-Works as specified in your invoice).
